A-G worked in concert with OMTO’s leadership to provide focus group facilitation and process evaluation services for their business functions. Feedback from the focus groups was used to enhance the delivery of services and increase customer satisfaction.

A-G facilitated six focus groups and used our proprietary strategies for improving work processes, employee engagement, and the utilization of emerging new technologies.  To sustain long-term change, A-G also provided recommendations for incorporating process improvement efforts with their strategic plan to further address the issues derived from the data. This includes the development of short- and long-term goals and establishment of responsibilities, timeframes, and methods to evaluate the implementation plan.
