Soaring to New Heights: A-G Associates Secures the 592 Spot in the 2024 Inc. 5000 List

A-G Associates, a leading organizational consulting firm driving high impact strategy and implementation, data analysis and visualization, stakeholder engagement, and change management solutions for mission-driven organizations across the federal, non-profit, and private sectors, was ranked No. 592 on Inc. Magazine’s 2024 Inc. 5000 annual list of fastest-growing private companies in America. The prestigious ranking provides a data-driven look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent, entrepreneurial businesses. Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Under Armour, Timberland, Oracle, Patagonia, and many other household-name brands gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.

The Inc. 5000 class of 2024 represents companies that have driven rapid revenue growth while navigating inflationary pressure, the rising costs of capital, and seemingly intractable hiring challenges. Among this year’s top 500 companies, the average median three-year revenue growth rate is 1,637 percent. In all, this year’s Inc. 5000 companies have added 874,458 jobs to the economy over the past three years.

“We are humbled and honored to be recognized as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America,” said A-G Associates’ President and Co-Founder, Chris Gonzalez. “Each time I think about this award, I remember A-G’s humble beginnings with our desire to build something special. While I am grateful for the growth in revenue that gave us a place on this list, I’m more humbled by the amazing people that we have surrounded ourselves with to get us to this point, including staff, consultants, partners and clients. We call this extended group the A-G Family and this achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our talented team, our innovative approach, and our unparalleled commitment to helping mission-driven organizations navigate meaningful process, culture, and strategic transformation for measurable impact. As A-G continues to grow and evolve, we will remain relentlessly focused on excellence in all that we do. I am incredibly proud of all that this team has accomplished to date, and even more excited about what lies ahead.”

“A-G began as a dream to build a successful, thriving business and make a positive impact on the world against the odds,” commented A-G Executive Vice President and Co-Founder Peg Anthony. “We’re achieving this and more, and I couldn’t be prouder. This achievement is about more than just revenue growth. It’s about the positive impact that we’re making for our customers and the communities that they serve. This impressive ranking is directly attributable to the teamwork, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit of our diverse and talented team who bring so much heart to their work each and every day.”

Methodology

Companies on the 2024 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2020 to 2023. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2020. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2023. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2020 is $100,000; the minimum for 2023 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Growth rates used to determine company rankings were calculated to four decimal places.
