Sonya Hyde

Sonya Hyde administers the project management platform responsibilities for A-G Associates’ larger contracts, expertly ensuring efficient and effective processes. In this capacity, she strikes a balance between planning, policy, execution, quality control, and strategy, while maintaining a sense of innovation, inspiration, and creativity. Always driven to excel and support her A-G colleagues, she maintains the human resource structures along with editing documents, analyzing and developing materials, and communicating information regarding deliverables and timelines.

Before her experience with A-G Associates, Sonya contributed to a multitude of musically based positions to include the running of her own piano studios, teaching at various music schools, and piano conducting for both opera and musical theatre. Also a military spouse, she volunteered copiously in a multitude of positions. During one position as the accountant/bookkeeper for a charity in Ansbach, Germany, she was part of a team that doubled the contributions for the charity in two years. Notably, she also served as the liaison lead for a foreign school program based in Gloucestershire, England for four years. Sonya created well organized processes and procedures from the fledgling chaotic state in which it was given to her.

Sonya Hyde earned her PMP, Project Management Certificate. Additionally, she earned a Master of Music from the University of South Carolina, Columbia and has a Department of the Army Commander’s Award for Public Service. She enjoys traveling, trying new cuisine, hanging out with her husband and pets, and supporting her fellow military spouses, especially if this includes an excuse to try a new restaurant.
