Mackenzie Wolf
Mackenzie Wolf communications expert, writer, and editor with nearly two decades of experience serving and working in military and veteran communities.
Prior to joining A-G Associates, Mackenzie spent several years working in the Veteran Service Organization non-profit sector, where she has written about veterans affairs, public policy, legislative, Congressional, and government affairs, military and reserve operations, and international affairs. The focus of her writing centered on issues impacting veterans and servicemembers, as well as their families and survivors.
Mackenzie served in the United States Marine Corps as a cryptologic linguist. She graduated with honors from the Persian Farsi program at the Defense Language Institute and later pursued credentials in Dari, Tajiki, and Pashto.
Mackenzie’s wit and flair for capturing the essence of a moment in written word and dissecting complex legislative and policy issues has earned her recognition and accolades from the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, journalists, advocates, and leaders within the military and veteran communities.
Outside of work, Mackenzie volunteers with a number of humanitarian organizations as a refugee outreach coordinator, helping recently arrived refugees find their footing and adapt to their new homes. She continues to use her language skills teaching English as a second language and building relationships with newly-arrived Afghan women in the United States. She is an avid tennis player and enjoys spending time with her family and pets.
