Jennifer Jiggetts is a public health professional with over 15 years of experience working in a large healthcare system. Jennifer has extensive experience in healthcare quality and process improvement; data analysis and visualization; clinical research design, IRB submission, and research data extraction and review; and primary care operation projects. She is a subject matter expert in the care delivery and research of Reproductive Health and Pregnancy Prevention, Asthma, Suicide Prevention, Diabetes, and Preventative (Primary) Care. She has also led multiple NIH funded clinical research projects focused on pediatric care.

Jennifer has joined A-G Associates to work as a contractor with the Veterans Health Administration working on the Optimizing Healthcare Value Program to improve healthcare delivery, increase patient satisfaction and reduce patient errors and harm in this complex environment.

Jennifer has Lean Healthcare training and is currently receiving her MBA from Johns Hopkins University. Her undergraduate education was completed at Northwestern University.
