Erica Jackson, M.S.

Erica Jackson is a program evaluator who has rich experience in conducting evaluations, multi-methods research, and data analysis to assess the impact and effectiveness of social programs, public policies, and government programs. At A-G Associates, Erica served as co-lead author of a study evaluating suicide prevention communication campaigns for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. Additionally, she develops data collection tools and has conducted analyses on focus group and key informant interview data in support of qualitative studies for government clients focused on improving nutritional, mental, and other public health outcomes. She also works with community behavioral health center clients to develop evaluation plans, establish data collection tools, and deliver high-impact reports.

Erica is an expert in evaluating and researching public health and international development programs. She has contributed to research and evaluation projects across the Middle East, the Caribbean, South Asia, and the United States on behalf of non-profits, management consulting firms, and government agencies. Her work focuses on evaluation design, data analysis, project implementation, survey, and focus group research.

Throughout her career, Erica has been committed to examining programs’ impacts on marginalized communities and translating evidence-based findings into policies for decision-makers. In addition to program evaluation, she has considerable experience in project implementation and management, advocacy, political organizing, and communications. Prior to joining A-G Associates, Erica conducted impact evaluations of programs funded by philanthropic organizations seeking to address COVID-19 emergency response, economic development, and gender equity. Additionally, she has significant program implementation experience, supporting the implementation of a $120 million health supply chain project funded by the US Agency of International Development.

Erica received a master’s degree in global health policy and management from Brandeis University with a focus on health systems strengthening. She received her bachelor’s degree in international relations from Georgetown University.
