A-G Associates Launches FallInPledge.com
A national movement to support the military-connected community
COLUMBIA, Md. and LAS VEGAS, Nev. — A-G Associates today announced the public launch of the Fall In Pledge website (FallInPledge.com), expanding access to a national call to action designed to transform support for the military-connected community into meaningful, coordinated, and accountable action.
Developed through A-G Associates’ Military, Veteran & Family Center of Excellence (MVF COE), in partnership with MCON and with support from PsychArmor, Fall In invites organizations across industries and communities to move beyond expressions of gratitude and make tangible commitments that improve the long-term well-being of service members, veterans, military families, and caregivers.
The new website serves as a central entry point for individuals and organizations ready to take the pledge, identify opportunities to contribute, and join a growing national formation committed to making a difference.
“The military community understands what it means to come together around a mission,” said Chris Gonzalez, President and Co-Founder of A-G Associates and U.S. Marine Corps veteran. “Fall In brings that principle to the organizations that want to support our community. The website gives them a place to start, a framework to guide their commitments, and an opportunity to stand alongside others working toward the same goal. This is about showing up, following through, and building something stronger together.”
From Appreciation to Action
Across the country, businesses, nonprofits, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, government agencies, and community groups are working to support the military-connected population. Yet the impact of these efforts can be strengthened when organizations align their commitments around shared priorities and clear actions.
Fall In was created to help close that gap.
The pledge provides a common framework for people to identify how they can contribute, commit to specific actions, and become part of a broader effort to strengthen the systems of support surrounding military-connected individuals and families.
“In military culture, ‘Fall In’ is the moment when individuals take their place and come together around a shared mission. We’re bringing that same spirit of commitment to create a collective effort to support those who have served and their families,” said Waco Hoover, Co-Founder of MCON and U.S. Marine Corps veteran. “The Fall In Pledge creates a framework for turning good intentions into meaningful commitments—and for helping ensure those commitments translate into lasting impact.”
One Pledge. Five Pillars. Endless Impact.
The Fall In Pledge is organized around five interconnected pillars of military community well-being, each championed by an organization bringing expertise, resources, and a demonstrated commitment to supporting service members, veterans, military families, and caregivers.
- Physical Health & Whole-Person Care — CVS Health: Championing a comprehensive approach to health and well-being that emphasizes prevention, access to care, healthy living, and support for the physical and behavioral health needs of military-connected individuals and families.
- Economic Mobility — American Corporate Partners (ACP): Connecting veterans and active-duty military spouses with experienced professionals through mentorship, networking, and career resources that help turn military experience into professional opportunity and long-term career growth.
- Community & Belonging — American Red Cross Military 2 Veteran Network: Strengthening connection, resilience, and community through critical resources, emergency assistance, referrals, and programs that help military members, veterans, and their families navigate transitions and build lasting support networks.
- Education & Skill Development — Syracuse University’s D’Aniello Institute for Military and Veteran Families (IVMF): Advancing education, career training, vocational development, and entrepreneurship opportunities that help military-connected individuals translate their experience into new skills, credentials, and pathways to success.
- Behavioral Health Access & Innovation — Cohen Veterans Network (CVN): Expanding access to high-quality mental health care and evidence-based resources for post-9/11 veterans, service members, and their families, while advancing innovative approaches to addressing behavioral health needs.
Together, these five Pillar Champions demonstrate how organizations across sectors can turn a shared commitment into meaningful action. Through their leadership, expertise, and resources, they help bring the Fall In Pledge’s priorities to life while encouraging other organizations to identify where they can contribute.
A National Call to Fall In
The website launch marks an important step in building participation ahead of the Fall In national activation at MCON 2026, October 23–25, at the World Market Center in Las Vegas.
At MCON, the Fall In Pledge will invite individuals, organizations, and leaders from across the military, veteran, corporate, healthcare, nonprofit, and public sectors to make their commitments visible and join a growing national coalition.
Outside of the MCON event, individuals and organizations are still able to make their commitments known through the online pledge platform and gain access to opportunities for engagement, relevant educational resources, and information on the broader network of partners working to improve outcomes for the military-connected community.
Anyone interested in participating can visit FallInPledge.com to learn more about the initiative and explore the pledge pillars.
The call is straightforward: take your place, make a commitment, and follow through.
The formation is building. Where do you fall in?
