Dr. Peg Anthony, Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of A-G Associates, has been named one of the Top Women Leaders in Maryland for 2026 by Women We Admire, marking her third year receiving this distinguished recognition.

With a career spanning more than four decades, Dr. Anthony brings deep expertise supporting defense and public health organizations. As a seasoned organizational consultant, she specializes in market-driven, customer-focused, research-based strategy and change management. She has led organizational transformation efforts for numerous federal agencies, including the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), among others. Her leadership continues to be defined by mission focus, innovation, and a commitment to improving systems that serve the public good.
