The A-G Way
Purpose-Driven. Team-Focused. Results-Oriented.Â
The A-G Way defines how we operate every day. It reflects our commitment to disciplined execution, collaborative problem-solving, and measurable impact. It also defines how we engage with each other as a team of professionals.
We bring together subject matter experts, strategists, analysts, and change leaders who share a common belief: meaningful work demands both excellence and integrity. We support one another, challenge one another, and hold ourselves accountable to delivering outcomes that strengthen communities and the systems that serve them.
OUR VALUES
The A-G Way is anchored in five core values:
Relentless Excellence
The standard we hold ourselves to.
Mission-Driven Purpose
The reason behind everything we do.
Growth, Together
The way we develop our people.
Trust & Transparency
The foundation that makes everything else possible.
Genuine Commitment
The promise we make to our teammates, partners, and clients.
Working at A-G
At A-G, excellence is expected, growth is encouraged, and purpose is shared.
We are a team of practitioners, not spectators. Our people come from federal agencies, clinical settings, research institutions, military service, and national nonprofits—and they bring that depth to every engagement. At A-G, you work on the issues that define public health and national wellbeing, alongside colleagues who have spent careers building expertise in those same domains.
The culture here is transparent, collaborative, and mission-first. We invest in our people because the quality of our team is the quality of our work. Professional development, leadership mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration are built into how we operate—they are the A-G Way.

Service Runs Deep Here
The Military, Veteran & Family Center of Excellence reflects the culture at the core of A-G. More than 60% of our team are veterans, military spouses, and family members who bring lived experience across the full military lifecycle. That perspective shapes how we collaborate, how we lead, and how we show up for one another and the communities we serve.
Within the MVF COE, nationally recognized experts work alongside practitioners and emerging leaders to advance suicide prevention, behavioral health, and systems-level wellbeing initiatives. With shared rigor, empathy, and accountability, the COE team is united in a commitment to strengthening the systems that support service members, veterans, families, and caregivers nationwide.
OUR COMMITMENT TO GIVING BACK
As individuals and as an organization, we are passionate about giving back to our community in meaningful ways. Whether we’re sponsoring an event as a company, participating in an activity together as a team, volunteering our time and talent outside of work, or supporting meaningful employment opportunities for members of the service community, A-G is proud to support a wide range of non-profit organizations close to our hearts in many ways.
