A-G Associates Joins MCON 2026 as Marquis Sponsor, Shaping the National Conversation on Military and Veteran Wellbeing

From conference production to a National Call to Action, A-G’s Military, Veteran & Family Center of Excellence (MVF COE) is bringing strategy, expertise, and purpose to the nation’s premier military community event.

A-G Associates is proud to announce its partnership with MCON 2026, the nation’s only annual conference and cultural celebration created by veterans for the military-connected community. Returning to Las Vegas October 23–25, 2026 for its fourth edition, MCON has grown from a bold idea into one of the most important gatherings in the veteran space—drawing thousands of service members, veterans, military families, corporate leaders, government officials, and veteran-serving organizations to The Expo at World Market Center.

This year, A-G’s role goes far beyond sponsorship. As the event’s Marquis Sponsor, A-G’s Military, Veteran & Family Center of Excellence (MVF COE) is embedded across the full scope of MCON 2026—planning, producing, and shaping the content that will bring the military community together around the issues that matter most.

“MCON is where the military community comes together on its own terms—to celebrate, to connect, and to build something better,” commented A-G President and Co-Founder Chris Gonzalez. “A-G is honored to help shape that experience. We’re bringing the same strategic rigor we apply to our federal work because this community deserves nothing less than our best.”

A National Call to Action

This year, in partnership with MCON, A-G’s MVF COE will launch a National Call to Action—a structured pledge inviting communities, corporations, organizations, and individuals to commit their support to the military community around five core pillars of wellbeing: Economic Mobility; Community & Belonging; Education & Skill Development; Physical Health & Whole-Person Care; and Behavioral Health Access & Innovation.

This initiative reflects a deliberate shift in how we talk about military and veteran support—away from crisis narratives and toward a focus on quality of life, sustained investment, and measurable action. The pledge gives every sector a concrete way to participate, from Fortune 500 companies to individual community members.

“For too long, the conversation about veterans has centered on what’s broken,” stated Matthew Miller, PhD, Vice President of the Military, Veteran and Family Center of Excellence (MVF COE) deployed by A-G Associates. “This Call to Action reframes the question entirely: What does it look like when the military community thrives? The five pillars give us a shared language and a shared commitment—across corporations, government, nonprofits, and communities—to invest in veteran quality of life with the same urgency we bring to any national priority.”

Why MCON Matters

Since its inaugural gathering in 2023, MCON has established itself as a premier event in the military and veteran landscape. It is equal parts conference, festival, and homecoming—a space where service members, veterans, and their families find community, connection, and purpose. The event’s growth has been remarkable: attendance has multiplied year over year, and the addition of the Military Impact Summit has brought corporate, government, and nonprofit leaders into direct dialogue about the policies and programs that shape veteran outcomes.

MCON is expanding globally with events planned in Tokyo and Puerto Rico, reinforcing its position as the connective tissue of a worldwide military community. For A-G, this trajectory mirrors our own conviction: that improving military and veteran wellbeing requires environments where collaboration happens naturally, where cross-sector partnerships can form, and where the military community feels seen and valued.
