Dahkel (Kel) Darling is an analysis at A-G Associates, where he supports the Department of Transportation project. Kel joined the TAD-50 team in October 2020 as an Administrative Support Specialist. He monitors and tracks tickets for TAD-50 in the Customer Service Portal (CSP) and ensures SLAs/response times are in compliance.

Through the Center of Excellence for Leadership and Supervisory Development, Kel works across the department with all modes by creating daily reports tracking COE courses, participants and training hours. Kel also tracks COE curriculum data and handles registration for COE courses via DOT Learns Learning Management System (LMS).

Kel is a 2020 graduate of Old Dominion University (ODU) in Norfolk, VA.
